SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Information will be provided within 48 hours of you placing an order with us.

Your order will be delivered in about 3-4 weeks. It will start tracking within 24 hours of you receive your tracking number, but please understand we are experiencing logistical delays so if your order is sitting at a certain facility for an extended period of time, that is nothing to worry about. We are aware of this issue However, your total delivery time will still be in that 3-4 week period.

If you're not willing to wait for this amount of time, we completely understand and want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to earn your business. Please email us at support@finchdeal.com and request to cancel your order immediately. If your request comes more than 24 hours later after your order was placed, we will be unable to cancel your order as we ship orders on a daily basis.

By not canceling your order within 24 hours of placing it, you are agreeing to wait at least 3-4 weeks to receive it. And if you happen to open a dispute with PayPal or a chargeback with your bank during that time frame, we will use this as proof of your agreement, which will make your dispute/chargeback void.

We are advised to put the preceding notice by our legal team and don't want you to think we don't care about our customers. On the contrary, customer service is our # 1 priority. So if you do not receive your order in 3-4 weeks of placing it, please email us at support@finchdeal.com
